Common Questions

Are these products for human use?

No. All PHORM Labs products are sold strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory investigation. They are not approved as drugs, foods, cosmetics, or supplements, and they are not intended for human or veterinary use.

What documentation comes with my order?

Every lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued by an independent ISO-17025 laboratory, including HPLC purity, mass spectrometry confirmation of identity, and where applicable residual solvent and endotoxin analysis.

How are products shipped?

Orders ship in insulated packaging designed to protect lyophilized peptides during transit. Domestic delivery is 1–2 business days with adult signature on delivery. International shipping is not currently offered.

How should I store my vials?

All lyophilized peptides should be stored at −4°F in a dry, dark environment. Storage notes are printed on each vial label and included on the Certificate of Analysis.

Who can purchase from Phorm Labs?

Customers must be at least 21 years of age and must affirm at checkout that products are intended for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Certain compounds in the GLP-1 line may require additional verification of researcher status.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC). Credit card processing through our merchant partners is available.

Can I get a refund?
