- I will not make claims that PHORM Labs products diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or condition in humans or animals.
- I assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product I purchase, in accordance with applicable laws and good laboratory practices.
- I will comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements applicable to my purchase, possession, and use of research compounds.
- I understand that PHORM Labs is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, or licensed health-care provider, and that no statement on phormlabs.com or in any PHORM Labs communication constitutes medical, veterinary, or legal advice.

Enforcement
Phorm reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any order at any time if we have reasonable cause to believe that any of the above affirmations are false, inaccurate, or have been misrepresented.
