Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

PHORM Labs currently ships only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or international destinations. We may add additional destinations in the future.

Order Processing & Payment Clearance

Orders are processed and shipped only after payment has fully cleared. Processing windows vary by payment method:

  • Cryptocurrency payments: Shipped within one (1) business day of on-chain confirmation, typically the same business day.
  • Credit and debit card payments: Shipped within one (1) business day of authorization, typically the same business day.
  • eCheck / ACH bank transfer: Held for three (3) to five (5) business days while the transfer settles. Orders ship within one (1) business day of confirmed settlement. This is standard practice for ACH-funded orders to protect both buyer and seller.

You will receive an email notification when your payment clears and a separate notification with tracking when your order ships.

insulated shipping

Every order ships in an insulated mailer designed to protect lyophilized peptides during transit. Orders containing lyophilized peptides are not refrigerated in transit — lyophilized form is stable at room temperature for the duration of standard ground delivery. Bacteriostatic water and reconstituted products require refrigeration after receipt.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. We do not process or ship on Sundays or major U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Time

We ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground for most domestic orders. Delivery generally takes 1–4 business days from the date of shipment.

Signature Required

All orders ship with adult-signature-required delivery. Someone 21 or older must be present at the delivery address to sign.

Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, contact support@phormlabs.com within 72 hours of the original delivery estimate.

Storage Upon Receipt

Inspect all vials upon delivery. Lyophilized peptides should be transferred to −4°F storage within 24 hours of receipt for long-term stability.

Restricted Destinations

We do not ship to addresses in jurisdictions where the sale or possession of research peptides is restricted.
